Project context.
Sagara Ruang is an Indonesian digital & creative agency expanding into Southeast Asian markets. The previous WordPress site had 3 language versions (ID/EN/MY) with inconsistent URL structure and high content duplication. Sagara needed a full technical stack rebuild + content strategy to compete in multilingual SERPs.
