1. Service engagement

Each client engagement (SEO Consultant audit, Small Business SEO, Ecommerce SEO, SaaS SEO, AI SEO, etc.) has a separate contract specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These terms apply generally to website usage.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Retainer services are billed monthly at the start of each billing period via Stripe, Wise, or international wire. Commitment discounts (6-month: 1 month free, 12-month: 2 months free) apply to monthly retainers only.

3. Intellectual property

All content on seomagics.com (writing, design, wordmark) is owned by SEO Magics unless otherwise noted. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Case studies feature client brands with their permission. Client brands remain their respective owners.

4. Warranty & liability

Website content is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, though we ensure high quality before publishing. Use of information on this website is the reader's responsibility.

SEO results delivered in client engagements are subject to separate contracts. We do not guarantee specific rankings — SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control (algorithm updates, competition, client-side execution).

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, binding arbitration.
